Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE) is the sole operator of Poland’s high-voltage electricity transmission system and is fully owned by the State Treasury. Based in Warsaw, PSE is responsible for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of the country’s electricity grid, managing power flows, and balancing electricity supply and demand across Poland.

PSE is actively involved in the development and operation of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) infrastructure projects, which are essential for integrating cross-border electricity flows and enhancing system stability, particularly as Poland increases its share of renewable energy sources.
