Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) is South Korea's largest electric utility, engaged in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity across the country and overseas. KEPCO operates a diverse portfolio of power generation assets, including nuclear, coal, LNG, and renewable energy, and is headquartered in Naju-si, Jeollanam-do, South Korea.
KEPCO is active in the construction and operation of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) conversion facilities, supporting the integration of new and renewable energy sources into the grid and enhancing cross-border electricity exchange capabilities.
